They have lot of good sanitary ware collections and jacuzzi… Shower Panels etc.. But they are delaying to send their analysing team to the home.. The front desk and there representative people’s are good.
We bought Somany tiles from here. Most of them were broken n are not levelled properly. Their representatives are good n collection is also good. But quality is bad. We are regretting that we bought tiles from here. And they also charge 2% extra if you use card. It is against government law but they cheat customer.
Pathetic experience. Charged extra 2% for using my card. The products were not brought to the showroom after the purchases. We were asked to go to the godown and pick. And that was more than 1 km from the store. All these were told to us after billing.
Very poor service. If u buy something and there is a problem in the fitting. You have to run and 10 times. Once billed they will not change the fittings which are not working. Also lot of small parts are missing inside the jaquar box

We are regretting that we bought tiles from here. And they also charge 2% extra if you use card. It is against government law but they cheat customer.
